Hi! I’m Andre 👋
I’m a second year Computer Science student at NUS currently staying in Tembusu College. I enjoy learning emerging trends and technologies and all things cybersecurity related.
Last summer, I completed a full-time internship with Hydra X as a Cybersecurity & Technology Intern, and I currently assist OurCodeLab in enhancing their suite of cybersecurity services. This upcoming summer, I have accepted an offer to join BlackRock as part of their inaugural batch of Cybersecurity Interns. In August, I will also be participating in NOC London programme, where I will be residing for a year.
I have a deep love for traveling and seize every opportunity to explore different parts of the world. Outside of traveling, I enjoy cooking, gaming, volleyball, boxing, and, most importantly, indulging in good food.

Working Out
I strongly believe in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle to complement my love for good food. I enjoy staying active by going to the gym regularly and have also taken up boxing and volleyball as part of my active lifestyle in school.
Adventures
I have a passion for traveling and exploring different parts of the world. Some of the highlights from the past year include visiting a competitive airsoft arena in Bangkok, earning my Advanced Open Water diving certification in Cebu while diving with thresher sharks, hiking through the mountains of Shanghai, and representing Singapore at the European Cybersecurity Challenge 2024 in Italy.
Gaming
Yes, I do realize I’m on the computer while I game as well. I love playing video games competitively and currently represent the NUS eSports team in VALORANT. Over the years, I’ve competed at a high level in games such as League of Legends, CS:GO, and Fortnite, constantly pushing myself to improve and excel in the competitive gaming scene. My current favourite games are Marvel Rivals and Teamfight Tactics.
